Express Update

Assalamualaikum..

Hi peeps..long tyme no see maa...
so sori..been very2 busy lately...

From 1st July until 15th July..
i am doing attachment at Institute of Respiratory Medicine..(Institut perubatan Respiratori-IPR)
Smua yg kat sana adalah pesakit2 yang ade masalah dengan pulmonary(pernafasan) dorg la..
mcm Astma,COPD,TB, H1N1 and so on..

Bayangkan mase 1st day tu..
yang sambut ktorg adelah Pengarah IPR itu sendiri..
Datin Dr Hjh Aziah..Org Kelate..=)
Dia ni tersangat2 la baik..tp tegas la jgk..
xtau nk describe dia cmne..
Ok.malas nk taip sbnrnye..huhu..

Seriusly..
I gain a lot there..
experiences, knowledges..Weight??May be..=P
rasa sgt seronok kat sana..
macam2 saya dpt blaja..
susah senang sbg Medical Practitioner/Doctor..
kadang2 tgk keje doc ni SUSAH..
kadang2 tgk dorg keje RELAX je..
smuanya bergantong pada keadaan n nawaitu sbnr kte..

hurm..
First day tu..
cuak gler..
bayangkan ktorg join ngn beberapa org specialist and subspecialist..
then director n deputy of IPR pon ade..
especially deputy, Dr Ashaari..
duduk plak dpn aku..
mak aih..cramp kaki..
then, 3 of the Dr presented their work in front of the specialist..
camne la aku nanti ek...
Parkinson rasenye..huh..

Then,, we were devided into 8 groups..
my grup is the 5th group..consist of 7 members..
day by day..we have to go to different sections..
The sections are:

• OPD (Out patient Department-Duk kat dlm klinik pakar..Observe keje Dr..Ask/Share knowledges ngn Dr yang ditugaskan)
• Laboratory (Learn procedure utk confirmkan dianosis patient tertentu)
• Medical Social & Pharmacy
• Ambulatory Care Centre (ACC)
• Ward 3
• Ward 4
• Ward 5
• Ward 6

Hurm..
oklaa..
dh malas nak taip..
tapi rase2 cam panjang gle..
OK fara..TAK sepatotnye kau tulis EXPRESS UPDATE utk title blog ni ok..!!

OPD..1st task..kami ditugaskan disini..Best..Inilah bilik Dr Inderjit kami..Bersepah betol..hiks..

Kantoi..Ni buat prescription ke tulis notes neh??

*Out topic..Ni time sengal..Kat Office mama..Hosp Kota Bharu..

Konon nak elak H1N1..walhal mane ade H1N1 lg kt KB..
mase ko kt OPD utk TB day xpakai2 pon MASK neh..

PssT : Dr Aziah ckp..smua medical staff kat tmpat tu konfem dpt TB infection je..but not the disease!! Naseb baik..Syukran..

PssT 2 : Currently kena bangun sgt2 awal..5.45 dh bangun dh..Bus MSU (Ok..MSU sewa bus Kuning..SOb3x) tggu sampai 6.40 pg je utk ke IPR sebab kena lapor diri kt situ pkul 7.45 lg..Abes plak pkul 5 ptg..tp bus kuning ini dtg sgt lambat..sampai umah around 6.30 pm..Sgt2 letih..=(
